Stephen Wiltshire 是一個城市繪畫藝術家, 於1974年4月24日出生在倫敦, 三歲時他被診斷為自閉症以及啞巴. 但他有一個特殊的繪畫天分, 他可以把看過的城市圖每一部份都畫出來, 每一個城市都栩栩如生.
